Trail Ride is in a small TestFlight test with riders we know. If something is wrong, confusing or just not how you expected it to work on a trail, we want to hear it — especially from the trail.

Something went wrong

• Send feedback from TestFlight. Take a screenshot in the app and TestFlight offers to send it with a note. You can also open the TestFlight app, pick Trail Ride and choose Send Beta Feedback.
• Crashes report themselves if you allowed TestFlight to share them. There is nothing to do.
• Share the diagnostics log when we ask for it: in the app, Settings ▸ When something goes wrong ▸ Share diagnostics. It is a plain text file you can read before sending, and it cannot contain your position, track names or file names.

Getting in touch

Send feedback through TestFlight — it reaches us directly. A contact address follows before public release. Tell us the track if you can — a GPX that misbehaves is worth ten descriptions of it.

Your data

Your tracks stay on your phone, so there is no account to delete and nothing of yours on our side. The details are in the privacy policy.
